Who can terminate the Affiliate contract?
The Agreement can be terminated by either party with a termination period of one month and a settlement of all obligations that came into effect for the duration of the Agreement. If the Agreement is not terminated in writing one month prior to the termination date, the Agreement continues to be valid for a period of one year.
