Returning a Made in Croatia ordered product.

If a customer wishes to return a product ordered at Made in Croatia, the customer must send a written statement or contact Made in Croatia via e-mail (info@madeincroatia.net). After contacting Made in Croatia the customer has the right to return the product at their own expense. If decided Made in Croatia takes fifteen percent of money being returned for administration fees. Conditions and privacy policies are according to Croatian rights.
